2010 Registration Information
If you were unable to make it to our registration night don't fear it's not too late. You still have plenty of time to sign-up.
You can download the registration form, the meet attendance form and the waiver form by clicking on the links to your left. I need 2 waiver forms per swimmer. I have to turn in one copy to the Naperville Park District. I need to have the waiver form to the park district office before your child can enter the water.
