Fundraisers
Why do we have to do fundraising? Are all these fundraisers necessary? What is the money used for?
The biggest reason that we do fundraisers is to keep the registration costs down. The Stingrays have to pay park district fees, insurance fees, concession fees, ribbons, DQ cards, coaches' salaries, miscellaneous office expenses (web hosting, printing, etc.) and finally we need to pay for any equipment that is only for swim team use at the pool. Above and beyond that our goal this year is to pay for part of the banquet in order to keep the cost down for families. As one of the smaller teams in the conference these fundraisers are a vital part of the Stingrays existence and we truly appreciate everyone that gets involved and helps us out by participating in these fundraisers.
The Swim Team Store Team Appreciation Day
Thursday May 26 from 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Buy your swim suits, stock up on bags, team sweatshirts, flannel pants, goggles, etc. during our 3 hour window and The Swim Team Store will donate 10% of the profits back to the Stingrays.
Buffalo Wild Wings
Sunday June 5 @ Buffalo Wild Wings in Seven Bridges
Dine in or carry out and don't forget to use this flyer and the Stingrays earn 15%.
Tastefully Simple
Monday June 20 @ Hot Dog Night
We will have a Tastefully Simple rep at our hot dog night. In lieu of free product she is giving us a percentage of the sales.
Jersey Mike’s Subs
Wednesday June 22 @ Jersey Mike’s Subs (located on the corner of Rt. 53 and Maple in Lisle)

Concessions
All season long @ home meets
Concession sales at our home meets is actually our biggest fundraiser. We offer a variety of food upstairs in our concession area. Be sure to come hungry!
Stingray Team Shirts
Brand new navy blue shirts with a lime green logo this year available for $10 at registration and at concessions all season long.
Stingray Swim Caps
Navy blue swim cap with lime green logo - silicone $12 or latex $5

I will send out an email with the user name and password needed to log on and view the pictures. In the past people have asked me to take specific pictures of their children (certain strokes, dives, etc.) and I happily comply, so if you want a certain picture(s) email me or catch me at the meet and let me know event numbers and lane lines.
